Short duration: prepare posts before users arrive
A training, meeting or reinforcement period requires computers adapted to the tasks planned. We specify the type of post, quantities, accessories and dates, then check availability. Software and its licenses are identified separately: their presence is not assumed in any rental.
Preparation may include temporary accounts, useful documents, network and agreed peripherals. A test checks the start, display and tools with a representative scenario. The terms of delivery, installation and assistance during use are included in the offer.
Long duration: connecting the material to its monitoring
Workstations, servers, storage, network equipment and telephony can be studied in a rental formula adapted to the project. The hardware is chosen according to the applications, volumes, peripherals and constraints of users, with a defined commissioning.
The monthly payment must correspond to a legible perimeter: hardware, configuration, maintenance and services. The duration, commitment, renewal and refund arrangements shall be specified for the tender selected. A rental does not automatically include a purchase option, fleet renewal or the support of all software.
Maintenance: know what is being followed and how to ask for help
Monitoring can combine diagnostics, remote assistance, system maintenance and backup control depending on the equipment and services chosen. In telephony, it may include changing a call group and testing; for a station, diagnosis of a breakdown or configuration. The contract shall indicate the elements covered, the timetables and the interlocutors. On-site interventions and replacements have their own conditions.
We favour free solutions when they meet the requirements. An imposed application may require a specific environment; files, backups and collaborative services remain to be examined separately. The tracking aims at a documented and transmissible configuration, with access specific to your environment.
Data, accessories and termination of availability
At first, the equipment and accessories are identified with useful instructions. During the lease, a breakdown, extension or change of need must be reported to prepare for the next lease. A planned assignment does not prove a physical discount to the user.
Prior to the return, recovery of client files and processing of data stored on devices are organized. The condition of the equipment and accessories are checked. The conditions for restoration, restitution and possible costs are those of the proposal, without a general promise to replace its clauses.
The conditions to be specified
Tenders are based on the equipment or service, availability and coverage. Duration, commitment, assistance, maintenance, restitution and separate services are indicated in the proposal.
What is included depends on your offer
The rental does not automatically render all the services included. The proposal distinguishes between making available, installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, licenses and possible external services.
Can we extend or evolve a rental?
The extension, addition of equipment or evolution of resources are confirmed with the team according to the availability and conditions of your offer.
How does the rental end?
The timetable provides for the resumption or export of data, possible return of equipment and accessories, controls and closure of accesses according to agreed conditions.
