Start from your environment.
A company's IT evolves with new arrivals, new software and hardware changes. Its monitoring requires maintaining an overview. Agedis supports you in this continuity: understanding the fleet, identifying important services, monitoring requests and preparing for developments. The scope is built with you, depending on the equipment concerned and the resources available.
An application can start on a desktop and eventually involve a server, network access or application. We bring these together to guide the intervention and coordinate the necessary interlocutors. Support may involve advice, assistance, maintenance and on-site presence in accordance with the procedures chosen. Service expectations, schedules and responsibilities are to be specified in the offer tailored to your business and under agreed conditions.

Know your environment
Understanding equipment, applications and uses helps prepare interventions. The people to contact and the necessary access must also be identified in this context.
Follow the relevant requests
Employee feedback provides a concrete starting point. We distinguish between the expressed need, the checks to be planned and the actions which depend on other stakeholders or service providers.
Preparing for developments
Updates, hardware replacement and application changes benefit from being organized together. Their preparation takes into account users, dependencies and the daily functioning of the company.
Define what is tracked and by whom
A company expects an understandable answer from its IT monitoring: what equipment is involved, to whom to report a difficulty and what actions are included? We start with this perimeter. Positions, servers, network, messaging and third-party software are not necessarily covered by the same stakeholder or contract.
The useful inventory brings the machines closer to their uses and the people responsible. It allows you to identify critical applications, necessary access and dependencies on a publisher. A service can then organize planned visits, remote assistance or a combination of the two. Schedules, support arrangements and possible commitments are specified in the proposal.
Dealing with an incident with exploitable elements
A message of error, time of appearance and number of people affected help distinguish a general breakdown from a post problem. We try to reproduce the symptom and identify its perimeter before changing the environment. A slow session, an email box that no longer synchronizes and an inaccessible folder require different checks.
Monitoring distinguishes the diagnosis, the action carried out and the control obtained. If a request comes from the publisher of the software or network equipment, we specify the useful observations to coordinate the follow-up. A difficulty that is still open remains identified as such, with the information or decision expected to move forward.
Maintain the environment between two requests
The maintenance scope can include tracking updates, backup status, available capacities and account changes. Each subject is programmed according to the company's activity and the compatibilities to be respected. A major update of a business application is prepared with its specialist; a modification of rights is validated by the manager concerned.
Arrivals, departures and changes of functions also deserve a clear circuit. We can help you identify access to open, adapt or close, then distinguish between system accounts, subscriptions and application-specific rights. This gives continuity to the monitoring of the fleet, beyond just troubleshooting.
An accompaniment that leaves markers
The report can bring together the machines processed, the operations carried out, the remaining anomalies and the next decisions. In a documented Windows campaign, monitoring distinguished the migrated workstations, the components already present and the users remaining to be supported. In another folder, the permissions of a shared space were corrected and then new openings remained subject to validation.
These situations provide a concrete line of work: keep a useful trace and take into account actual use. When the need exceeds the system, we coordinate the appropriate relay: Alltech for an evolution of the installation on site, Cloudlab for the hosting base and Dtouch for a specific development or integration.
Your questions
Can outsourcing complement our internal team?
Yes. The scope can be defined to complement existing resources, with a clear distribution of tasks, access and contacts.
Does the contract cover all equipment?
The equipment and services covered must be specified in the offer. This definition makes it possible to adapt monitoring to the fleet and to the needs actually identified.
Does outsourcing replace our IT manager?
It can complement an internal team or take charge of an agreed scope. Business decisions, validation of rights and responsibilities of different service providers remain identified with the company.
Does surveillance involve 24-hour assistance?
Monitoring ranges, alert reading, support availability, and response times are separate topics. They are defined in the service chosen; no permanent commitment is implied.
Can you take over a park followed by several providers?
We start by identifying contracts, equipment, authorized access and responsibilities. Recovery can be gradual, with a list of missing information and services remaining managed by a third party.
