A team present in daily work.

A conference team must prepare rooms and accompany speakers. A machinery department needs records and rights tailored to its responsibilities. A hotel reception uses accounts, mobile phones and shared documents. These situations give concrete content to our profession: connecting equipment to the way of working.

The projects presented here cover missions carried out at specific periods. They show the initial need, the operations carried out and the points which required follow-up. You can thus compare your situation to an experience, then discover the associated services.

Strasbourg Events · 2024 and 2026

A scientific congress, a concrete preparation.

For SPIE editions, IT preparation combined workstations, connections and assistance around presentations. In 2024, the schedule listed 27 spaces to be connected, with limited assembly time between two events.

The Agedis teams and the Strasbourg Events contacts coordinated their work on the preparation stations and spaces. The thanks sent at the end of the 2024 and 2026 editions highlighted the team's investment and its contribution to the quality of service around the congress.

Distinguish between the accounts used, the necessary functions and the addresses that have become useless.

  2. Set up licenses

Order the selected subscriptions and confirm their presence in the hotel environment.

  3. Coordinate the transition

A technical contact within your organization

A project advances with identified responsibilities. At FL Structure, the persons to be authorized were confirmed by management before creating the groups and permissions. For Strasbourg Events, the site teams and Agedis coordinated their preparation around a common planning.

This organization gives a role to each exchange: deciding rights, confirming compatibility, making equipment accessible or validating an operation. IT assistance gains clarity when the contacts and expected decisions are identified.

Steps that remain visible after the intervention

Technical implementation is a step in the project. Users must then retrieve their folders, sessions and applications. The experience FL Structure This includes a correction of permissions and then new openings to be specified. At the Tandem Hotel, the confirmation of the implementation of the licences preceded the authorization to terminate the old ones.

The reports, user feedback and adjustments keep the same purpose: knowing what is ready and preparing for what comes next. This continuity can take the form of one-off assistance, planned visits or more regular support defined with your company.
