Diagnose before renewing
A slow computer, a storage problem or a breakdown do not always require replacement of the entire station. We look at hardware, system and applications to distinguish what can be fixed, upgraded or replaced.
The decision takes into account the condition of the equipment, its compatibility, the availability of parts and the maintenance of security updates. Extending use must remain compatible with needs and data protection.
This priority is in line with ADEME recommendations: maintaining, upgrading and repairing are among the ways to extend the lifespan of digital equipment.
Choose and prepare according to use
Office automation, business applications, mobility or events: the sizing depends on the work to be accomplished. Peripherals, storage requirements and upgrade possibilities are discussed with users.
Preparing stations and identifying accessories allows you to check a configuration before it is put into service. Our stock and preparation photos show this concrete stage of the work.
For a temporary event or need, the rental allows you to have a park over a defined period. The terms of delivery, configuration, assistance and return shall be specified in the proposal.
Sort and value with a local sector
The Agedis site in Geispolsheim relies on ELISE collection for paper and cardboard. The annual report and the valuation certificate make it possible to link the quantities to a period and a sector.
For the calendar year 2022, ELISE certifies the handling and recovery of 430 kg of cardboard paper on this site, with a final recovery destination in Rosheim. This result concerns the paper-cardboard flow of the Agedis site in 2022.
ELISE Alsace carries out a suitable business activity. The choice of this sector combines recycling with the employment of people with disabilities.
Support teams and preserve data
A computer or messaging change affects working habits. We prepare accesses, files and applications and accompany the take-over to facilitate continuity.
Backups, updates and access rights contribute to the monitoring of the park. Before reusing or removing equipment, data processing and responsibilities must be defined with the customer.
Our interventions and assistance remain accessible with or without a contract. The package constitutes a possibility of monitoring, according to the agreed scope.
Linking local expertise
Agedis is the IT brand of Cloudlab. The skills of Alltech in the field, Cloudlab for hosting and Dtouch for software can complete a project when it meets a specific need.
Membership of the Eurabis group complements this support through exchanges of skills and relationships with manufacturers, publishers and distributors.

Erase disks and document the result
We carry out software erasure of hard drives with monitoring of the result and submission of a report. This step prepares the removal of the equipment from your fleet, before its reuse or its referral to a suitable sector.
For Socomec, Agedis processed a batch of 44 hard drives between August 19 and September 3, 2026. The report sent to the customer on September 25, 2026 includes a summary and an individual certificate for each of the drives.
The report specifies the method used, the processing dates, the results of the checks and any limitations noted on the media. These elements make it possible to keep a trace of the operation in the equipment file.
