Teams for exchanges and meetings, SharePoint for team documentary spaces, OneDrive for personal work files and their sharing: we prepare organization with users and available licenses.
Libraries, groups, guests, and sharing rules should match the actual work. The video, telephone or room functions and the necessary licenses are checked within the selected perimeter.
Nextcloud: another way to keep control.
Nextcloud can bring together file sharing, synchronization, calendars and contacts in an environment with chosen hosting. We study this solution according to your autonomy needs, document formats and exchanges with your contacts.
Co-publishing with Nextcloud Office and video with Nextcloud Talk require the appropriate components and resources. Their availability, compatibility and operation are specified before commissioning. Cloudlab supports the accommodation component when it is planned in the project.
Prepare the rights before moving the documents.
Who can view, edit, invite or delete? We review existing accounts, files and shares, and then prepare a retake tested with a group of users. The departure of an employee and the access of outside actors are part of this organisation.
We distinguish between synchronization, version history and backup. The data covered, the conservation and the restoration methods are defined; synchronization alone does not replace a backup.
Accompaniment that remains understandable.
Getting started focuses on useful actions: sharing a link, finding a file, working with others and starting a meeting. Administrator accounts specific to your environment, access codes, diagrams and documentation are at your disposal.
We intervene with or without a contract. The contract is used to package monitoring for customers who wish it. Dtouch can develop a link with your business software; Alltech prepares the equipment for your meeting rooms.

Microsoft 365 or Nextcloud: should everything be changed?
The choice is based on uses and constraints. A migration can be gradual; coexistence and exchanges are checked before moving the data.
Can we choose where the data is hosted?
The accommodation location, speakers, access and export conditions are part of the choice. For a Nextcloud environment hosted with Cloudlab, these points are specified in the proposal.
