Agedis prepares HP computers with the applications, data, accessories and users that will power them every day.
Renewing a computer is prepared with business software, files and work habits. We look at mobility, comfort in the office and the equipment to be connected before defining the configuration. The ProBook and EliteBook families provide starting points for this study. The model, processor, memory, storage, licenses and support are specified in your proposal.
Cloudlab, of which Agedis is the IT brand, signed a partner agreement with HP France in 2021. We prepare HP professional workstations with the uses, configuration and support conditions of the project.
Preparing the current workstation
The ProBook range includes professional laptops for the office and mobility. We define the configuration with your applications and your trips: screen size, memory, storage and peripherals. Preparation includes agreed accounts and tools, then data collection and testing with the user.

Adapting the laptop to mobile work
The EliteBook range offers professional laptops with several formats and configurations. We study working comfort, remote meetings and access to the information system. The choice becomes clearer with the connectors, the docking station and the requirements of your applications; options vary by model.

Agedis prepares IT configuration and monitoring, with accounts, software, data and users.
Inventory software, data, accessories and uses. Choose the configuration with the constraints of compatibility, mobility and maintenance.
Plan backups, accounts and data migration with users. Check licenses and test business applications before cutover.
Control access, printing and peripherals. Document useful information and define the chosen troubleshooting and monitoring conditions.
Range alone does not determine the correct configuration. We start from the applications, mobility and accessories to use, then compare the suitable models.
The proposal distinguishes between equipment, licenses and preparation or recovery services. The data to be transferred and the tests are defined with you.
